All standard and repeat cleans include:  

Common areas: Dust ceiling fans, blinds, windowsills, shelving, all hard surfaces, decorative items/picture frames, vacuum/wipe couch/chair cushions, wipe down mirrors and TVs, remove trash, vacuum, mop.

Kitchen: Dust ceiling fans, blinds, windowsills, exposed shelving, items on exposed shelving, countertops, stovetop and front of oven, interior and exterior of microwave, sanitize sink, wipe down soap dispensers, spot clean front of cabinets, wipe down refrigerator and front of dishwasher, remove trash, vacuum, mop.

Bathroom: Dust blinds, windowsills, air intakes, exposed shelving, items on exposed shelving, countertops, sink, soap dispensers, mirrors, shower/bath, top to bottom toilet clean, spot clean exterior cabinets, remove trash, vacuum/sweep, mop.

Bedrooms: Dust ceiling fans, blinds, windowsills, air vents, all hard surfaces, decorative items, change sheets/bedding, mirrors, TVs, remove trash, vacuum, mop.

All move out or make ready cleans include:

Move out and make ready cleans must be unoccupied and void of all belongings before scheduled cleaning day. 1-3 cleaners will be present to do the work, only areas safely reachable without ladders will be cleaned, it includes the standard clean plus interior of refrigerator, interior oven cleaning, backsplash cleaning, interior window/sliding door cleaning and cobweb removal from all reachable windows walls and ceilings, baseboard cleaning, interior and exterior cabinet/drawer cleaning in all bathrooms and kitchen, air vents and ceiling fans dusted, wipe down exterior of large appliances.
